1.Q:How to guarantee the product quality?

A:The specifications and MSDS will be sent through E-mail for each order dispatch.
SGS or PONY testing can be done according to customers’ request.

 

2.Q:What will you do if I meet product quality issue after receipt of goods?

A:We will check with Q.C. Department at first time, if product not qualified, we can accept product return if order is in small quantity.

If large quantity, we will do some discounts according to negotiation with our customers.
