Suspension and emulsification
When xanthan gum is soluble in water, it can alleviate the insolubility of oil phase and water phase, thus forming a relatively stable oil-water dynamic balance, which has a good suspension effect on oil drops and insoluble solids.
But only when the amount of xanthan gum reaches a certain amount can it play a predetermined stabilizing role.

Stability
Xanthan gum’s aqueous solution is stable to acid and alkali, and its viscosity is almost unchanged in the range of pH 3-11.
Xanthan gum has good compatibility and stability to many salt solutions, and its viscosity is almost unchanged when it is mixed with salt solutions.

Dosage
It can be used as emulsifier, adhesion agent, suspension agent and stabilizer in combination with pesticide. The recommended dosage is 0.1% – 0.5%
