Indole Butyric Acid (IBA) is a root-promoting auxin plant growth hormone. Iba hormone induces crops to form adventitious roots, spreads from leaf seeds and other parts into the plant body through leaf spraying, dipping roots, etc., and concentrates on the growth point to promote cell division and induce the formation of adventitious roots, which are characterized by more roots, straight roots, and roots thick, with many root hairs.
Indole-3-Butyric Acid (IBA) has higher activity than Indole acetic acid(IAA). It will slowly decompose under strong light. When stored under shading conditions, its molecular structure is stable.
