When stored at 20°C, the soluble solid content in the pulp tends to rise rapidly. When stored at 20°C, the firmness of the fruit showed a rapid decline. Before the fourth day, the difference in the firmness of the two groups of fruits was not significant. After that, the fruit firmness of the control banana decreased faster. When stored for 16 days, the control banana The firmness of the pulp dropped rapidly from 45.9N/cm to 0.98N/cm., a drop of 97.87.
